When you e-mail me, please provide me with:

Ordering Process:
Once you have e-mailed me and we have spoke on the phone regarding your custom order and we have come to an agreement in regards to the dress style and cost, I will send you a custom order contract and at this time I will require a deposit. When I have received your signed contract and deposit, I will provide you with a sketch of the dress I will be creating for you. If you are happy with the design concept, I will then provide you fabric swatches for you to choose from.
When will I receive my dress:
Normally it takes me 3 to 6 weeks to complete a project. If the custom order is for a bride, I like to provide her with the dress 2 month before her wedding date, just in case there are any slight alternations.
Cost:
All of my custom order wedding gowns start at $500.00 and up. My price will depend on the dress design, fabric and labor. For all of my custom orders, I require 1/2 down deposit and when the dress has been completed I will provide you with photos of the dress and request final payment. The final payment must be received before the dress is shipped to you.
Alterations:
Because most of my custom orders are out of state there might be slight alterations, so it will be the responsibility of the client, which is normal with any Internet or mail orders.
Refunds:
There are no refunds on custom orders or ready to wear garments.
Sizing:
At this time I am only set up to accept custom orders from clients that wear a size 0-12.
